Booking terms

Conditions for requesting and booking experiences with PV Pacific. Effective October 17, 2026.

1. Requests and confirmation

PV Pacific facilitates bookings for experiences operated by external providers. Sending a request does not by itself confirm a booking or charge you. The activity, package, date, departure time, participants and price must be confirmed before payment.

Check your request details and keep your confirmation and payment receipts. Availability may change before a booking is confirmed.

2. Price and experience details

The total amount, taxes and any applicable charges will be shown before confirmation. Check the stated currency. If the payment method involves currency conversion, review the conversion terms and exchange rate disclosed before paying.

Inclusions, age restrictions, access requirements, meeting point and departure time are those of the confirmed experience and package. Times are in Puerto Vallarta local time unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations requested by the customer

Once a booking has been confirmed and paid, voluntary customer cancellations are non-refundable, subject to mandatory rights and exceptions under applicable law.

Experiences require advance payments to external providers. Providers use these funds to reserve places and commit staff, wages and other resources before the activity takes place. A customer cancellation therefore does not allow the committed amounts to be recovered.

This condition also applies to a no-show or late arrival that prevents participation for reasons attributable to the customer, without limiting statutory rights. Requests to change dates or participants are subject to provider availability and express confirmation; requesting a change does not mean it has been accepted.

4. Activities prevented by weather

If weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place, PV Pacific will notify you using the contact details you provided and refund the amount paid to PV Pacific for the affected activity.

Whether an activity can operate will be determined by actual safety conditions, official directions or the provider's operational decision. A rain forecast or a personal preference not to attend does not by itself mean that the activity cannot take place.

You do not have to accept another date or store credit to receive this refund. We will explain the procedure and when the refund is processed. We will use the original payment method where possible; the time for funds to appear may depend on the bank or payment processor. We will not ask for passwords, PINs or security codes to process a refund.

5. Safety and participation

You must meet the participation requirements disclosed before booking and follow the operator's safety instructions. Contact us before booking if you need clarification about access or participation restrictions. Do not enter sensitive medical information in the website's free-text fields.

6. Assistance and consumer rights

Use the Contact page to reach PV Pacific and include your booking reference. We will review your request and explain the status of any arrangements with the operator.

The non-refundable policy applies to voluntary customer cancellations. It does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law or exclude obligations arising from a failure by PV Pacific or a provider to fulfil or deliver the service. Advance payments to third parties do not remove those obligations.

Before submitting your request, also read the Cancellation Policy and Privacy Notice. The accepted policy version will be linked to your request; subsequent updates do not retroactively change the conditions of an already confirmed booking.
